Business Consultations
$200.00 per session plus applicable Processing fees
The virtual service, “Business Consultations,” offered will be for Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC to hold a 50-minute confidential Business Consultation with an Individual or Business to discuss various topics such as Variance Reporting, Internal Auditing, Operations Accounting, Manufacturing Efficiency, Journal Entries, Cost Center Budgeting, and Physical Inventory Cycle Counts. If the topic you’d like to discuss is not an available selection, select the most closely aligned topic and then provide additional detail regarding your reasoning for the consultation in the detailed section or submit an inquiry in the “Contact” section for additional questions. Please Note: Business Consultations are Non-refundable and can only be rescheduled. The Consultations must be booked and/or rescheduled within 48-hours to the perspective appointment time.
Design Custom Report for System Programming
$1,200.00 plus applicable Sales Tax &/or Processing fees
The virtual service, “Design Custom Report for System Programming,” offered will be to design a system report for the client to be programmed by the client’s Internal or External Programming or Development Team. For example, a client may need a system report that doesn’t currently exist. Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC will meet virtually with the team member(s) to understand what’s needed for the report, design a selection entry screen, and design a layout for the report. At the end of the contract period, a virtual meeting will be held with the client to review the items designed to be submitted to the client’s Internal or External Programming or Development Team to be created. This is a five (5) business day service contract from start to finish. A demo or sample report can viewed during the special project consultation.
Please Note: All projects require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a signed service contract for the service purchased. A 50% Non- Refundable Deposit is required to begin the project. Remaining balance is due at the end of the contract period.
The virtual service, “Business Process Documentation: 2 Business Processes,” offered will be to document two (2) Business Processes (System &/or People Based Processes) for the client. For example, a business process could be the Receiving Process. Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC will meet virtually with the team member(s) to review the steps of the business process in detail, determine if temporary system access is needed to a testing environment to document any system based steps, create a step by step work instruction of the business process, and create a high level process flow of the business process. At the end of the contract period, a virtual meeting will be held with the client to review the items created. This is a five (5) business day service contract from start to finish. A demo or sample output can be viewed during the special project consultation.
Please Note: If a client’s business process needs to be reviewed on-site at the client’s commercial warehouse or commercial office facility, a separate package can be purchased for this service. All projects require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a signed service contract for the service purchased. A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to begin the project. Remaining balance is due at the end of the contract period.
Commercial Onsite Visit: 1 Day Business Process Review for Documentation
$2,500.00 plus applicable Sales Tax &/or Processing fees

Design & Create Custom Workbook Report
The virtual service, “Design & Create Custom Workbook Report,” offered will be to design & create a workbook report for the client to assist with comparing data from multiple system sources where a report doesn’t exist. This report could include pivot tables, dropdown fields, raw data imports from multiple sources, and comparison charts to evaluate weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual data. Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC will meet virtually with the team member(s) to understand what’s needed for the report, design the report, and then create the report from the client’s specifications. At the end of the contract period, a virtual meeting will be held with the client to review the report created as compared to the design specifications. This is a five (5) business day service contract from start to finish. A demo or sample report can be viewed during the special project consultation.

The virtual service, “Business Process Documentation: 1 Business Process,” offered will be to document one (1) Business Process (System &/or People Based Process) for the client. For example, a business process could be the Receiving Process. Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC will meet virtually with the team member(s) to review the steps of the business process in detail, determine if temporary system access is needed to a testing environment to document any system based steps, create a step by step work instruction of the business process, and create a high level process flow of the business process. At the end of the contract period, a virtual meeting will be held with the client to review the items created. This is a five (5) business day service contract from start to finish. A demo or sample output can be viewed during the special project consultation.

The service, “Onsite Visit: 1 Day - Business Process Review for Documentation,” offered will be for Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC to travel to the client’s commercial warehouse or commercial office facility to gather information needed, such as shadowing team members performing their daily tasks, in preparation of formally documenting those business processes. This service does not include formally creating the step-by-step work instruction and creating the high-level process flow. That service will need to be purchased separately. This is considered an add-on to the Business Process Documentation services. This service must be booked at least 10 business days prior to the expected arrival date. This service is for an 8-hour shift of the client or earlier if completed sooner. Commercial onsite visits are limited to the lower 48 states across the United States. No visits are currently being offered for Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Please Note: All projects require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a signed service contract for the service purchased. A $1000 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC to book travel. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the date of the scheduled onsite visit. Additional Details are included in the service contract.
Commercial Onsite Visit: 2 Day Business Process Review for Documentation

Allen Consulting, LLC to travel to the client’s commercial warehouse or commercial office facility for 2 consecutive business days to gather information needed, such as shadowing team members performing their daily tasks, in preparation of formally documenting those business processes. This service does not include formally creating the step-by-step work instruction and creating the high-level process flow. That service will need to be purchased separately. The Special Projects Process
Schedule a Special Project Consultation
During the Special Project Consultation, I will understand your business needs for the project, demo a sample or past products created, and discuss next steps.
Sign Contracts
All Special Projects require a Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if this is your first service with Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC and a signed Service contract, which details the specifics of the work to be completed and timing of completion with the respective service.
Pay Deposit
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to begin any service. Details are outlined in the service contract for each respective service.
Work is Completed
A virtual meeting is scheduled to review the completed work by the last day of the contractual period.
Final Payment Submitted
Once the work is done and the virtual closing meeting has been completed, the remaining balance for the respective service is due on the final date of the contract period. Except for Commercial Location Visits, where the final balance is due 48 hours prior to Latoya D. Allen Consulting, LLC’s scheduled visit.
